4. Refund & Service Policy

1. General Terms
By engaging ConforIQ (“the Company”) for any consulting, advisory, documentation, training, or compliance-related services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund & Service Policy. Because these are time-based and expertise-based services, refunds are handled carefully.
These terms govern all services delivered, whether purchased through our website, email communication, or formal contract.
2. Nature of Services
ConforIQ provides professional consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Regulatory compliance guidance
- Product testing support
- Documentation development
- Audit readiness support
- Training and advisory services
All services are intellectual expertise, and not physical goods.
Once work has commenced, the service is considered partially or fully delivered depending on the progress made.
3. Refund Policy
ConforIQ follows a strict no-refund policy, except as described under limited conditions below:
3.1 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Work has already started, regardless of percentage completed
- Client delays in providing documents, samples, or information
- Changes in client priorities or decisions
- Regulatory outcomes not meeting client expectations (as regulations are controlled by authorities, not ConforIQ)
- Drafts, reports, or submissions have been shared

Delay is due to client’s incomplete data
- Third-party labs or certification bodies delay results
- Third-party testing fees, certification fees, or lab charges
- Failure of the product in testing or audits
- Change in applicable regulations after project commencement
- Misinterpretation or misunderstanding of the delivered service
- Client's inability to use the deliverables for internal or external reasons
3.2 Limited Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)
A refund may only be considered if:
- The client requests cancellation before ConforIQ initiates any work
- No research, documentation, communication, or analysis has been performed
- You request cancellation within 24–48 hours of payment
In such cases, ConforIQ reserves the right to deduct:
- Administrative fees
- Payment gateway charges
- Blocking or reservation fees for specialist resources
ConforIQ’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
4. Service Delivery Timeline
- All service timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays due to regulatory bodies, testing labs, suppliers, government agencies, shipping, or client response time are outside the Company’s control.
- The Company is not liable for any business loss, penalties, rejections, or delays arising from external factors.
5. Revisions & Support
We provide reasonable revisions as per the service agreement.
Any additional revisions outside the scope will be chargeable.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely information
- Ensure product samples meet required specifications
- Follow regulatory processes as advised
- Share relevant supporting documents when requested
ConforIQ is not responsible for errors, delays, or non-compliance arising from incomplete or inaccurate inputs from the client.
7. No Guarantee Clause
While ConforIQ strives to provide accurate, up-to-date compliance guidance, the Company:
- Does not guarantee approval from any regulatory authority, certification body, or testing lab
- Is not liable for rejected applications, failed tests, or changes in regulations
- Does not warrant that compliance guidance will result in immediate market acceptance
Compliance outcomes depend on external agencies beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- ConforIQ’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service
- The Company shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- The Company shall not be liable for losses caused by third parties (labs, auditors, suppliers, authorities, etc.)
9. Project Termination
ConforIQ reserves the right to terminate any project if:
- The client is uncooperative
- There is misuse of services
- Fraudulent or misleading information is provided
- Outstanding payments remain unpaid
- Client does not provide required documents or information
- Client is unresponsive for 15 days or more
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh / Delhi unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Policy Updates
ConforIQ reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
